Missing Being Mrs
'I found it difficult to put this book down. Jennifer Croly's writing style is easy to read and she describes so clearly her journey through the minefield of marriage break-up and divorce as a Christian. She sensitively communicates her struggles with the shock, the pain and reality of feelings of anger, rejection, loneliness and the unhelpful, insensitive comments from some Christians.
I particularly liked chapter six, 'Have you got a wall to demolish?', which examines the results of anger, gives helpful biblical perspectives on it, advice on what to do with it and looks at God's creative solutions.
I wish this book had been around when I was making the same journey. ...this book is helpful reading for those faced with relationship breakdown and those seeking to be supportive, sensitive and wisely compassionate.'
